Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Towels World, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges hassle-free and straightforward.
Return & Exchange Window
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order’s arrival.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept any requests made after this period.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The product must be in resalable condition, with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used towels or accessories) cannot be returned once opened.
How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at Michelea@towelsworld.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if applicable.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the product back to us.

After we inspect the item, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per your request.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, simply mention it in your email — we’ll make sure you get the perfect match.
